I got a on a new blue workout outfit. I am opening my new box of Bala Bands and trying them on to see if I prefer the weight on my ankles or my wrist. I try a few movements in them before I make my decision. I am bending over doing some fire hydrant stretches/lifts and then some arm circles to see what I think I would use them for the most.
