To keep fit my friend Beatrice started hula hooping a few weeks ago. I noticed that at some point and wanted to try it too, so we met the other day and she gave me the first lesson. Of course you have to warm up and stretch first to then do the exercises. During the workout we got so warm that we took off our clothes. This way it was even more fun for us (and hopefully for you too). Well, according to Beatrice I was very talented and learned to hold the ring up pretty fast. Can you do that too?
