If you have to lie in bed a lot because of a torn ligament, it is very important to move there as well, I told my patient Beatrice and showed her some exercises that we did together. As you can imagine we got very warm and took off our clothes. Since Beatrice herself is not that sporty, she unfortunately pulled her thigh a bit, but I, as an experienced physiotherapist ;-), healed it with my skillful hands. She seems to have liked that very much.
