To stay fit I do a workout called "Five Tibetan Rites" every day. The exercises are: First Rite: Clockwise Spin - Second Rite: Leg Raise - Third Rite: Kneeling Backbend - Fourth Rite: Table Top - Fifth Rite: Pendulum.
