I just started using kettlebells in my training, and wow, it's hard! They really kick your ass..but I think I already see a difference in my legs and butt :) What do you think?? In this clip I'm in my living room, and I do some basic swings and lifts as the camera zooms around and even underneath me as I squat and bend and lift the two weights. I finish with doing some lunges, then hip brides and stretches on the floor. Plus...I'm only wearing a cropped tank and my high pink top socks, and red high top Cons. I love training like this..with my ass and pussy bare, and when I watched the video myself, I was amazed at how wide my cunt opens up when I bend down, and how wet I am..who knew? ;) XO...FM
