I turn on the warm water at my kitchen sink, and put a helpful serving of shampoo into the palms of my hands.  Next, I bend my head over the sink and get my head soaked under the facet.  I massage the shampoo into my long red hair.  I really work my hands around to make a lot of suds, then I grab the sprayer hose to rise my lather down the kitchen sink.
